  14. Lust – Observe it, let it pass

  16. Envy – Remember the universe is abundant, send appreciation
  17. Hope – Enjoy it, embrace it, act on it
  18. Irritation – Remove the source if I can, and let it pass
  19. Guilt – Make amends, and let it pass
  20. Shame – Let it pass, remember that my life is my own
