Pilot project to explore feasibility of eReaders in underprivileged South African schools

eReaders are considered as a luxury item for a few privileged readers in the city because the majority of South Africans do not possess computers but smart phones. Suggest a proper survey to be taken and the libraries should be strongly considered to gain by the proposed pilot project. South Africans does not qualify as under-privilege standards if real poverty is explored. Bill Gates supplied libraries and schools with computers and free Internet. Libraries are well stocked and spread through out the countries and most schools need the the eReaders to encourage readers to read which are a phenomenal task.
